Thank you for choosing to buy with us! We know that shipping is a big deal, and we try our best to give you the service and prices that you deserve.
Being a small family business, we want to do things differently for our customers. Instead of incorporating shipping costs into the price of our products, we charge you what we are charged for shipping.
Being a small family-owned business, unfortunately we do not get the discounts for shipping that big business receive.
So, while you may pay a couple of dollars more for postage at checkout, you can do this knowing you're paying the lowest prices on your products.
Shipping General Info
We aim to dispatch available orders within 3-5 business days of payment of an order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Thursday during standard business hours. Excluding public holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping times are estimated in business days, do not include weekends or public holidays and may, in some cases, run longer than anticipated. Whilst we strive to meet these deadlines, ship times are approximate and are subject to change.
We use a number of Courier partners or Australia Postal services to handle your package depending on the nature of the goods/order.
You will be supplied with a tracking number with your shipping notification so you can keep an eye on your purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the size of the product, the weight of the product, and where you live. We do ship to the whole of Australia, but if for some reason shipping isn’t quoted, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
Until we get organised and work out the international side of things, we are just shipping within Australia.
**Due to COVID, understandably, all our shipping services are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. Shipping times are no longer being guaranteed and are out of our control.
We are doing our very best to ensure that all orders are shipped out on time.

In-store pickup
You can save on shipping fees with free local pickup at our Showroom which is located at:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected. (Please check your junk mail)
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm on Monday to Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Please contact us if you need to collect your items outside of these hours, we will do our very best to accommodate you, where possible.
If you require someone to collect your order on your behalf, please contact us by phone (02 4454-1523) or email (contactus@bliss-gifts-homewares.com.au) to let us know who will be collecting your items.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. (Please check your junk mail)
Please allow 48 hours from time of dispatch for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contactus@bliss-gifts-homewares.com.au with your name and order number for assistance.
Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from your local depot/post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your order.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Bliss Gifts & Homewares will ship to P.O. box addresses, Locked bag and Parcel Lockers using Australia Post postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Return To Sender
If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault, eg; incorrect delivery details provided to us or failure to collect your parcel at your local depot, we will not be liable for re-postage of your order.
If you wish to have the parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address, alternatively you may request a credit note for the item/s value, less the delivery paid.
We do not offer refunds or returns on parcels being returned to us under the nature of RTS deliveries where the customer is liable for re-delivery.
Items Damaged in transit
We aim to prevent damages in transit and we have strict wrapping procedures, however, it can sometimes occur.
Any deliveries received damaged/faulty must be reported to Bliss Gifts & Homewares within 24hrs of the receipt of your parcel.
Due to strict insurance policies within our courier partners & individual suppliers T&C's, we have a small window period to report any incidentals.
Please email us at contactus@bliss-gifts-homewares.com.au with the following information:
- The damage/fault to your item(s)
- The packaging (box, bubble wrap, newspaper etc)
- The shipping label clearly showing your reference number (this does not have to be close up, so long as it can be zoomed in on and read)
Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss the outcome and solution moving forward for your claim.
Until advised please do not dispose of broken items or packaging as they may be required for further investigation.

Items Lost in Transit
Please notify us as soon as possible, so we can conduct an investigation into the missing items.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
